California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) Compliance Policy
1. Introduction

means, a consumer's personal information to a third party for cross-context behavioral advertising.
- "Third Party" means a person who is not a business or service provider with whom the
consumer has a direct relationship and who is not a service provider to the business.
3. Categories of Personal Information We Collect
We may collect the following categories of personal information from and about California consumers:
- Identifiers: Real name, alias, postal address, unique personal identifier, online
identifier, Internet Protocol address, email address, account name, or other similar identifiers.
- Personal Information Categories (Cal. Civ. Code ยง 1798.80(e)): Name, signature,
address, telephone number, education, employment, employment history, bank account number, credit
card number, debit card number, or any other financial information.
- Protected Classification Characteristics: Age (40 years or older), race, color,
ancestry, national origin, citizenship, religion or creed, marital status, medical condition,
physical or mental disability, sex, or sexual orientation.
- Commercial Information: Records of personal property, products or services
purchased, obtained, or considered, or other purchasing or consuming histories or tendencies.
- Biometric Information: Genetic, physiological, behavioral, and biological
characteristics, or activity patterns used to extract a template or other identifier or identifying
information.
- Internet or Network Activity: Browsing history, search history, and information on a
consumer's interaction with a website, application, or advertisement.
- Geolocation Data: Physical location or movements.
- Sensory Data: Audio, electronic, visual, thermal, olfactory, or similar information.
- Professional or Employment Information: Current or past job history or performance
evaluations.
- Non-public Education Information: Education records directly related to a student
maintained by an educational institution or party acting on its behalf.
- Inferences: Inferences drawn from any of the information identified above to create
a profile about a consumer reflecting the consumer's preferences, characteristics, psychological
trends, predispositions, behavior, attitudes, intelligence, abilities, and aptitudes.
4. Sources of Personal Information
We collect personal information from the following sources:
- Directly from you when you provide it to us (e.g., through contact forms, account registration, or
customer service interactions)
- Automatically as you navigate our website (e.g., through cookies and similar technologies)

- Provide you a different level or quality of goods or services
- Suggest that you may receive a different price or rate for goods or services or a different level or
quality of goods or services

We may collect the following categories of sensitive personal information:
- Government-issued identification numbers
- Financial account information
- Precise geolocation data
- Contents of mail, email, and text messages
We use and disclose sensitive personal information only for the purposes specified in the CCPA regulations.
15. Minors' Privacy
We do not knowingly sell or share personal information of consumers under 16 years of age. If we learn that

information promptly.
