IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL DAMAGES, LOSSES, OR CAUSES OF ACTION EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID US IN THE LAST TWELVE (12) MONTHS, OR ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100), WHICHEVER IS LESS.

13. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.

16. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service shall first be resolved through good faith negotiations. If such negotiations fail, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the Commercial Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association.

The arbitration shall be conducted in English and take place at the location decided by the arbitrator. Each party shall bear its own costs and attorney's fees unless otherwise awarded by the arbitrator.

You agree to waive any right to a jury trial and to participate in class action lawsuits.

You represent that you are not located in a country subject to U.S. government embargo or designated as a "terrorist supporting" country
You agree to comply with all applicable third-party terms of agreement when using the Service
